Diagnosis

To determine the necessity of surgery, accurate diagnosis supported by instrumental tests is essential, including:

• CT scan
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)
• Ultrasound
• Electromyography

Fractures

• Wrist fractures (radius and ulna, among the most frequent fractures, treated with modern low-profile anatomical plates or with percutaneous elastic systems that do not require incision)
