Typically, the Breast Specialist is a surgeon who oversees the patient from the initial check-up and provides guidance and advice throughout the entire preventive journey.

This examination involves a comprehensive review of the breast conducted by the specialized surgeon to detect potential breast pathologies. It comprises a detailed medical history followed by a visual and tactile clinical examination of the breasts and the axillary lymph nodes. This examination is non-invasive, painless, and does not require the use of specific instruments.
